We had such a fantastic time exploring the city with our kids! The lively atmosphere in the center was perfect for family dinners and ice cream stops. Grace and Patricia made our stay even better with their warm hospitality.
My kids wished for a bigger play area outside.

I loved the charming decor throughout Mama Carlota. The blend of traditional and contemporary styles made the hotel feel unique. The Deluxe Queen Room was spacious and super comfy, perfect for a restful sleep. The included breakfast exceeded my expectations, with fresh fruits, yogurt, and delicious pastries that made each morning enjoyable. Staff members were welcoming and always ready to help, making me feel right at home. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from beautiful plazas and attractions, though the narrow streets made it challenging for car services to find us quickly. One downside was the fluctuating water pressure in the shower, which could be quite frustrating. Also, after dark, I had to ring the bell for hotel access, which led to some waiting, especially on evenings when the staff was busy. Overall, these were minor inconveniences compared to the wonderful stay I had.

Navigating the narrow streets was a bit of a puzzle. it took longer for our rides to show up. Luckily, once you find your way, all that charm and delicious food nearby more than makes up for it.

Single travelers looking for charm
The service here is off the charts, I mean, the staff practically felt like family. And the breakfast? It was like having a little slice of heaven every morning, fresh fruit and homemade granola, can't beat that.
I’ll be honest, it wasn’t cheap, but still alright.

The location in the historic center was fantastic and truly vibrant, but the experience was marred by noise from adjacent rooms that made it hard to sleep soundly. Friendly staff and charming ambiance added to the stay, but the lack of breakfast was disappointing when expected.
